Sacred Sexual Temple Nights

Screened, sober group evenings of breath, presence and consent practice, run with clear agreements. Adults 18+, and you can opt out at any time.

Why a temple night, and why it needs clear agreements

There aren't many places where adults can explore intimacy, presence and connection in a group without it turning into either a lecture or a party. Most people have only seen this side of life handled carelessly, or not at all. A temple night is something else. It's a guided group evening built on practices from the tradition I trained in: breath, slowing down, noticing what's happening in your body, and practising consent with other people. Nothing is expected of you. You decide how much you take part, moment by moment. That only works if everyone knows the agreements before they walk in. So this page sets out how the evening runs, how consent works and how people are screened. If you read it and it's not for you, that's a perfectly good outcome. If it is, the next step is an application, not a ticket.

How a temple night works

Every temple night is a small, screened group. Everyone fills in an application with screening questions and agrees to the same agreements before the night. I don't accept everyone, and if I decline your place at screening, you get a refund. I guide the evening from start to finish. The practices are: Breath: slowing down and noticing the body. Presence: paying attention to sensation and feeling without needing to do anything with it. Consent practice: asking, answering and hearing yes, no and maybe out loud, until it feels ordinary. Communication: saying what you'd like and what you wouldn't, in pairs or small groups. Rest: quiet time to lie down, reflect or simply be on your own. Every exercise is an invitation, not an instruction. You can watch, sit out, rest or stay in your own space for any part of the evening, and that choice is fully respected. Nobody will ask you why.

What a temple night actually looks like

Every evening is a little different, but the shape stays the same. Arrival. A chance to settle in before we start. Opening circle. Everyone introduces themselves, and I go through the agreements out loud so everyone hears them together, including the agreements on clothing and touch. Consent practice. Simple exercises in pairs: asking, saying no, saying yes, and changing your mind. Breath and presence. Guided practices to slow down and come into the body. Connection. Guided exercises in pairs or small groups. Any contact only happens with a clear yes from both people, and you can stay in your own space instead. Closing circle. Everyone has the chance to say how they are, and there's time to come back to yourself before you head home. Dates, venue, timings and group size are listed on the event page.

Who temple nights are for, and who they aren't

This is for you if: You're curious about sacred sexuality practice and want to try it in a careful, structured group. You want to understand your own boundaries better, and practise saying yes and no clearly. You're willing to follow the agreements and respect other people's limits as much as your own. You're comfortable saying no, and hearing no. People of all genders and orientations are welcome, whether you come on your own or with a partner. It isn't right for you just now if: You're under 18. Temple nights are for adults only. You're looking for a hook-up or a date. That isn't what this is. You can't attend sober. You're in crisis or need clinical support. Please speak to your GP, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans on 116 123. This isn't therapy or sex therapy. You have a health condition that makes intense breathwork risky, such as a heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma or a detached retina, pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, or a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder or severe PTSD. Mention it on your application. The breath practices can be done gently or skipped. If you're working with a therapist, that's welcome.

Agreements, screening and practical details

The agreements Clear agreements on clothing and touch are agreed before we begin, and you can say no at any point. Every exercise is optional. You can opt out of anything, at any time. Any contact between participants needs a clear verbal yes first. Silence is a no. A maybe is a no. A yes can be taken back at any time. Nobody is pressured, persuaded or singled out. Everyone agrees to keep what's shared in the room private. Screening Everyone completes an application form with screening questions before they're offered a place. I read every one, and I do turn people down when I don't think the evening is right for them. If I decline your place at screening, you get a refund. The practical bits Dates, venue, timings and group size are listed on the event page. Adults 18 and over only. This is a sober evening. No alcohol or recreational drugs on the day. Wear something comfortable you can move, sit and lie down in. Investment Investment is discussed on your free 30-minute discovery call. Who guides the evening

I'm Leon. I've been practising breathwork since 2017 and I've done more than 500 hours of breathwork training. I'm an ISTA Level 1 to 3 graduate. Temple nights are built on the tradition I trained in, run for small groups and in plain language. Like a lot of people, I grew up with shame around sex and very little honest talk about it. ISTA was the first place I saw this held with real care and clear consent. I do this work because it helped me, and because it's rare to find it done safely. On the night my job is simple. Keep the agreements clear, keep the evening on track, watch the room, and step in early if anyone needs support or a boundary isn't being respected. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy.

Questions people ask about temple nights

Q: Will I be expected to touch anyone, or be touched? A: No. Any contact is optional and only happens with a clear verbal yes from both people. You can take part in the whole evening without touching anyone, and that choice is fully respected. Q: Will there be nudity? A: Clear agreements on clothing and touch are agreed before we begin, and you can say no at any point. You decide what's right for you, and nobody will pressure you. Q: What should I wear? A: Something comfortable you can move, sit and lie down in. Q: Can I come on my own? A: Yes. Plenty of people come on their own. You won't be asked to do any exercise with someone you haven't said yes to. Q: Can I come with my partner? A: Yes, couples are welcome. It helps to talk through your own agreements with each other before you arrive. Q: Do I need any experience? A: No. Some breathwork or embodiment experience helps, but what matters most is that you're willing to follow the agreements and respect other people's limits. Q: What if I want to stop partway through? A: Stop. You can sit out any exercise, rest or leave. Nobody will ask you to explain. Q: Why is there an application form? A: So I know everyone in the room has read and understood the agreements, and that the evening is right for them. It protects you as much as anyone. I do turn people down, and if I decline your place at screening, you get a refund. Q: Is this a sex party? A: No. It's a guided group practice built around consent, presence and clear agreements. Nothing is expected of you. Q: Is it sober? A: Yes. No alcohol or recreational drugs on the day. Q: Is it therapy? A: No. It isn't therapy or sex therapy, and it isn't a substitute for either. If you're working with a therapist, that's welcome. Q: How much does it cost? A: Investment is discussed on your free 30-minute discovery call.
