THE SOLUTION
Breathwork bypasses the thinking mind and accesses the feeling body. What happens in a single session: Nervous system regulation - Your body learns it's safe to release what it's been holding. Emotional release - Grief, anger, joy, or relief that's been stuck can finally move. Mental clarity - When emotions move, insight follows. Decisions become obvious. Somatic integration - The changes happen in your body, not just your thoughts. Common experiences: Crying, laughing, or expressing emotions you didn't know were there. Tingling, temperature changes, or waves of energy. Insights about relationships, patterns, or purpose. A sense of spaciousness, peace, or aliveness. Not magic. Physiology. We use specific breathing patterns to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for what wants to emerge. Then we integrate it so the shift actually sticks.
HOW IT WORKS
Before Your Session: We'll have a brief consultation (10-15 minutes) to discuss what you're working with, what you hope to experience, any medical considerations, and questions or concerns. During Your Session (60-90 minutes): 1. Check-in & intention setting (10 mins) - We establish what you're here for and create safety. 2. The practice (45-60 mins) - You lie down. I guide you through breathing patterns. Your only job: breathe and allow. 3. Integration (15-20 mins) - We discuss what came up and how to work with it. After Your Session: Give yourself space to rest and integrate. Notice what shifts in the following days. Follow-up support via email if needed. Schedule next session if desired. You're always in control. You can stop, adjust, or step out at any time. This isn't about pushing through. It's about allowing what wants to move.
WHO IT'S FOR
This work is powerful if you're: Feeling stuck, numb, or disconnected. Carrying stress or tension that won't release. Processing grief, anger, or unresolved emotions. Seeking clarity on decisions or direction. Ready to feel instead of just think. Willing to be uncomfortable for breakthrough. Open to what arises (even if it's not what you expect). This is NOT for you if: You're looking for a quick fix without doing the work. You want someone to "heal" you without your participation. You're not ready to feel what's there. You have certain medical conditions (see FAQ below). No previous experience needed. Beginners and experienced practitioners both benefit. The practice meets you where you are.
