What to Expect
5 hours of guided body scan meditation daily. Expect both guided and silent practices. The retreat slows you down far enough for real insight to emerge.
Leon guides breathwork sessions designed to support emotional regulation and integration. Trauma-informed, nervous system aware, and calibrated to the depth of the retreat container.
Facilitated inquiry and group integration to loosen rigid identity structures. The work is gradual, held, and designed for clarity rather than overwhelm.
Yoga and somatic movement to support long periods of stillness. Two ecstatic dance sessions within noble silence. Embodiment as integration.
